For Fee Waiver Students

    ln pursuance of the latest Government notification issued 10/0812026 regarding the Fee Waiver Scheme, it is hereby informed that students having Back/Arrears shall henceforth be entitled to 50% waiver of the prescribed admission fee only, instead of the complete fee waiver applicable under the earlier notification.

    Accordingly, all students having Back/Arrears who had already applied through the online admission portal seeking 100% fee waiver under the earlier provision are hereby directed to apply afresh through the online admission portal

    Such students are required to:

    1. Log in to the Nagaon University Online Admission portal

    2. Select the "Back/Arrear option/box while submitting the application.

    3. Re-submit the application as per the revised provision.

    4. Pay the remaining 50% of the prescribed admission fee through the online portal.

    The earlier application submitted for complete fee waiver shall not be treated as valid under the revised Government notification for students having Back/Arrears. All concerned students are therefore requested to complete the revised application and payment process within the stipulated period (From 1.00 P.M. on 12/08/2026 to 4.00 P .M. 14108/2026) to avoid any difficulty in their admission.

  • Students willing to apply for Fee Waiver have to visit University for Verification of his/her parents with ORIGINAL AND UP-TO-DATE RATION CARD/INCOME CERTIFICATE along with Application Form
  • Once approved, the student will receive FEE WAIVER receipt.
  • Students have to Check their Portal Dashboard
  • Students have to submit the Hard copy (s) of the relevant documents for verification along with Original Documents.
